I've got a few D2 characters on bnet, but they're kind of old...so they've been non-ladder for a while now. Unfortunately, I left my D2 cd at home (I'm at school in Chicago) so I can't boot up the game. Does anyone have a no-CD patch? I'd rather not scour the malware-filled warez sites looking for one...

hey i live in chi-town too =P. but uh...the 1.12 patch acts like a crack. It makes it so that you don't need the cd to run the game.

it's only fun if you play online, not worth playing single player. there's no way the items in wow are better than the items in diablo 2.
