Ill start us off. Maybe we should have a recruitement section to talk about how to recruit, what type of ppl you should recruit etc...
also I think that we should have more clan activities ingame more often. like clan touraments for dota and stuff like that because I notice that, for a clan as far as I can tell we don't really stick together much

we already have a section on recruitment on the clan site. Theres not much need in making a category so that we talk about who to recruit etc. We are not a clan that hates noobs nor one that is competetive. We are looking for friends, so if your scouting talent dont look at skill. Usually what i do is ask people who i had fun with in the game if they would like to join my clan. Keep in mind, were just looking for more people. You cant stay a noob your whole life -----And the other half of your post, about the tournys and stuff, i have kept that in mind, but we dont have enough people. Im looking at a good 70 people in the clan before we do any tournys. I am slowly kicking off clan members who are 100+ days inactive.

Doom's point is quite solid. But i think we should get people to go on the forums first, that way they can read the announcements, THEN know when to log on.

hey ive also noticed that about half the people that have signed up here either have 0 or 1 posts. So, even right now,were starting to get some inactivity... what do you think we should do to solve this?

well i've tried telling them. i guess some people just aren't devoted enough.

Doom, i might be able to talk some sense into these guys, but if i cant, it just means they dont care about the clan and will be kicked. I have something in store for them. But not till im back from my vacation. Remember the forum is still pretty new, and i had cut off a lot of members for inactivity, and im still not done =/. Dont worry about other members atm. The only thing you should be looking for is banning material aka spamming excessively, swearing excessively, flaming, nd anything else found in the rules that are being broken.
